We need to identify which rules to implement at PASA.
There are 3085 rules to be implemented. Can it be implemented as is or should we do it per Subject_Area. If we say we do it per subject area, we can for example identify all the WELL rules and identify somebody familiar with "WELL" info and rules to select appropriate rules for this subject area and implement.

Exactly, the best way would be to apply the rules per subject area.
Once the roles and responsibilities have been defined and assigned, then the relevant roles/personnel will be responsible for identifying all relevant data attributes together with business and data rules.
The DG training will help us to focus our efforts and make sure we get the right people involved at the right time, in the right way.
